EVERGREEN TERRACE on CAPITAL CHAOS 2009 perform "Where There Is Fire We Will Carry Gasoline" @ The Boardwalk~Orangevale, California 10/28/2009 also on the bill were HAVENSIDE, FOR THE FALLEN DREAMS & ASKING ALEXANDRIA Evergreen Terrace is a five-piece melodic hardcore band from Jacksonville, Florida. Formed in 1999, they are named after the street where The Simpsons claim residence. The band's fifth studio album Almost Home was released on September 29th via Metal Blade Records. Hailing from Jacksonville, FL Evergreen Terrace has been blazing their own path through the melodic hardcore style for over a decade now. Anchored by guitar player/vocalist Craig Chaneys clean singing and catchy hooks, punctuated by lead singer Andrew Carey's vicious screamed vocals, the five-piece band never depended on anyone but themselves to push their band forward. Rounding out the lineup alongside Andrew and Craig is Josh James (guitar/vocals) and Kyle Mims (drums) as permanent members. With their blistering combination of melodic hardcore, metal and punk-rock strains, Evergreen Terrace has toured the world with bands like As I Lay Dying, Rise Against, August Burns Red, Hatebreed, Thursday, Circa Survive, Everytime I Die, Strung Out, Agnostic Front and many more. They have also been apart of Sounds of the Underground, Vans Warped Tour and Soundwave Festivals.
