The City of Roseville Multi-Hazard Mitigation Committee is working to update the City of Roseville Hazard Mitigation Plan. Roseville’s original Plan was adopted by the City Council in July 2005. The mandatory five-year Plan update must be adopted by the City Council in July 2010. The Plan details the risks of both natural and manmade hazards in Roseville and includes programs and projects that can help reduce the exposure of City residents and businesses should an event occur in Roseville. Election 2010 info and deadlines –
On November 2, city voters will select two members of our community to serve on the Roseville City Council. The two Council seats are currently held by Mayor Gina Garbolino and Councilmember Jim Gray.  Both Garbolino and Gray are ineligible to be candidates in the next election as the Roseville Charter stipulates that no member shall serve more than two (2) consecutive four (4) year terms and both have served two consecutive terms.

Local campaign finance reform was implemented in Roseville in 2000. An ordinance aimed at lowering campaign costs and slowing the increase in campaign spending was adopted by the City Council.
