  The private homeowner has tired from being placed under contracts by real estate agents. The private real estate market flourishes because of this viewpoint, and everyone is happy with the process. For people that worked hard for years to make their house payments on time, it was only logical for them to expect the full value of their efforts to be returned. It did not make sense to them to give up to 8 percent of their money to someone else that sold a property they really knew nothing about.

  Private sale real estate practices are more personable. The homeowner has provided great diligence in making people aware of all of the nice qualities of their home.
