New Luxury El Dorado Hills Properties

Nationally-known builders Toll Brothers have announced development of a new neighborhood, Villa Lago, in the master-planned community The Promontory, in El Dorado Hills, Ca. The Vill Lago has thousands of acres of open space, stands of ancient oaks and views of Folsom Lake and the Sierra foothills. Decorated models are slated to open in Villa Lago in late summer of 2005.
These El Dorado Hills homes will have from three to six bedrooms and up to six and a half baths with upscale features such as luxurious baths, high ceilings, walk-in pantries in kitchens, and optional master-bedroom fireplaces. Prices will begin about $929,000.
